Shiitake & Baby Corn Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS:
250 g APF Shiitake mushrooms (stems removed)
100 g White onions (cut into thin strips)
100 g baby corn
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
15 g ginger (finely minced)
2-3 sprigs cilantro (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
SAUCE:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
METHOD:
* Mix all sauce ingredients together and reserve
* In a sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil and onion and ginger and cook 2-3 minutes stirring often
* Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms have softened
* Add baby corn and sauce and stir to coat and sauce is hot
* Remove from heat and add chopped cilantro
